Scarlett Johansson was spotted taking the red carpet at the Emmy Awards on Monday evening. The beauty, who was there to support beau Colin Jost as he co-hosted the event, looked stunning in a white gown that caught everyone’s attention. However, when the Avengers star turned around, she revealed a massive tattoo on her back.
Here it is: Scarlet Johansson took the red carpet at the Emmy Awards on Monday evening; in addition, she also displayed a large tattoo.
The ink on Scarlett’s skin depicted a branch of roses with a little lamb to the side. This tattoo is not new as she had shown it off in May at the Met Gala in NYC. She didn’t try to hide the ink, which peeked out from the back of her dress. Photographers were sure to get a good shot of her markings, and this is her fifth tattoo. Her other tattoos include two circles on her ankle, a sunrise on her arm, a bracelet on her wrist, and a Lucky One stamp on her ribs.
Several months ago, she had already exhibited it at the Met Gala in New York City. This is not news.
The star looked beautiful in a white gown as she walked alongside her boyfriend Colin Jost. It was evident that they only had eyes for each other as they posed on the red carpet. Scarlett, dressed in a deep plum Armani design, accessorized with silver stilettos featuring ankle straps and dangling Nikos Koulis earrings for a bit of sparkle. As an SNL favorite, she gazed lovingly at her partner throughout the event.
Colin appeared sophisticated in his Armani tuxedo before hosting his gig. He looked well-suited for the occasion.
Jumping in: The skills of the Avengers captured attention as they donned a stunning white Balmain dress with a striking V-neckline and alluring slit.
On her right wrist, there is an inked bracelet that adds a unique touch to her overall look.
The American actress Scarlett Johansson looked stunning on the red carpet with her blonde hair swept back in waves. She accessorized with dainty bangles and a beautiful solitaire ring. To complement her custom Balmain gown for the evening, she collaborated with makeup artist Frankie Boyd for Pat McGrath Labs. Boyd explained that Johansson wanted her cosmetics to be a modern twist on old Hollywood glamour. “Scarlett was super collaborative with her look for the Emmys and wanted the makeup to be very fresh and youthful with a cleaner eye and lip moment,” Boyd revealed.
The beauty guru focused on creating a natural, glowing complexion, adding to the star’s radiant appearance with Pat McGrath Labs Skin Fetish 003: Highlight + Balm Duo, which was used to accentuate the high points of her face. She then used the Rose Gold 005 shade from the brand’s Mothership V: Bronze Seduction Palette to create a natural flush.
Scarlett enhanced her outfit by pairing silver stilettos with ankle straps and dangling earrings to add a touch of glitz and glamour.
The tattoo on her right ankle was not visible under the asymmetrical dress. It was all about the chic and subtle wing created by Frankie using the Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner, after contouring the lid with a variety of shades from the same Mothership palette. The finishing touch to the look was the lip color – the Lip Fetish: Lip Balm in VR Pink Astral – which Frankie revealed was such a big hit with Scarlett that she actually took it with her.
