After a 15-year hiatus from television following her role in “Friends,” she is making a comeback in Apple’s “The Morning Show” as a news anchor who confronts age discrimination, gender bias, and her co-host’s inappropriate behavior.
Shortly after turning 50, she embarked on a trip to Mexico with six of her closest childhood friends. They had known each other since their days in Los Angeles, living as neighbors on the same street in Laurel Canyon before she became famous. Back then, they referred to themselves as the Hill People. However, shortly after takeoff, the pilot asked to speak with her. Unfortunately, one of the plane’s tires was missing, and they had no choice but to return to Los Angeles for safety reasons.
