But Jennifer Aniston has clearly put her disappointment behind her and was positively beaming as she arrived at the Good Morning America studios in New York City’s Times Square on Wednesday morning.
The bronzed 45-year-old star gave a cheeky wave as she headed inside, dressed in a business chic look for the occasion.
The Friends actress revealed she was thrilled people were currently taking more interest in her performance in Daniel Barnz’s film Cake, a stark contrast to her usual rom com roles, than her engagement to Justin Theroux.
‘It brings up a great discussion,’ she said. ‘That’s what we want to do when we make movies.
‘Comedies we love because God knows we need to laugh and escape and disappear and sort of have a little fluff here and there, but this is also so important to me.’
