The 54-year-old beauty talked to InStyle about how she has beaten her body up over the past 15 years in order to look Hollywood perfect but it has taken a toll on her.
While talking up her new collaboration with fitness brand Pvolve, she said now her mindset around health has shifted.
That means she no longer does exercises that are ‘too repetitive’ – like being on a StairMaster for hours.
‘When you’re in a mindset of, “I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,” it’s daunting,’ she shared with the site.
